If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), or call 911. Converge is not an emergency service.

Care from people who understand service

Our Veterans line is led by an Army Veteran and clinical social worker. We accept VA Community Care referrals and work alongside your VA care team rather than around it.

How to get care through the VA

  1. Ask your VA mental health provider or Patient Advocate for a Community Care referral for outpatient mental health or substance use treatment.
  2. The VA sends the referral to its community care network. Ask that it be directed to Converge Behavioral Health, PLLC in Charlotte.
  3. We call you to schedule within three business days of receiving the referral. There is no copay for most Veterans under Community Care.

Community Care credentialing is in progress and expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2027. Until then we see Veterans on private insurance, TRICARE where in network, or self-pay.
